Thank you for shopping at Honey (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must also be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and free gifts (if any) intact. -
Non-Returnable Items
• Perishable goods (e.g., opened jars of honey, food items).
• Gift cards or downloadable software products.
• Health and personal care items once unsealed.
• Products marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at checkout.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Submit a Return Request
Email us within 14 calendar days of delivery at support@organichoneyhouse.com with:
• Order number.
• Name on the order.
• Reason for return.
• Photos (if the item arrived damaged or wrong). -
Return Authorization
Once we review your request, we’ll reply within 2 business days with:
• A Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Detailed instructions for shipping your item back.Important: Items returned without an RA number may be refused or subject to delays.
3. Returning Your Product

Packaging
Securely pack the item in its original packaging (or equivalent). Include all accessories, manuals, and any freebies. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. -
Shipping
Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your RA email using a trackable shipping method. Keep the courier’s tracking receipt until we process your return. -
Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, or damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping costs. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping fee upon proof of shipment.
• If you’re returning for any other reason (e.g., “changed mind,” wrong size), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method; we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
4. Refunds

Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. -
Approved Refunds
If approved, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account. -
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds (if applicable) include items not in original condition, missing parts, or items returned beyond the 14-day window. -
Late or Missing Refunds
• First, check your bank or credit card account. Sometimes it takes a few days to post.
• Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• Finally, if you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@organichoneyhouse.com.
5. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items
If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, email us at support@organichoneyhouse.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. We’ll ship a replacement free of charge once the return is approved. -
Wrong Item Shipped
If you received an incorrect item, follow the “How to Initiate a Return” steps. We’ll expedite a replacement at no extra cost. -
Size or Flavor Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or flavor (subject to stock availability), you may do so within 14 days. You are responsible for any shipping cost difference if the replacement is higher in value.
6. Cancellations

Before Shipment
You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Send cancellation requests to support@organichoneyhouse.com; include your order number. Once confirmed, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. -
After Shipment
If the order has already shipped, please follow the standard return procedure when you receive the item.
7. Refund Methods

Credit Card/Debit Card
Refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card used for purchase. It can take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. -
PayPal
Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. Processing time depends on PayPal’s policies but is usually within 1–3 business days. -
Store Credit
If you prefer, you may request store credit instead of a refund to your payment method. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is non-transferable.
